HKEX suggests listed companies in Hong Kong to provide decision-useful reports for investors, in which they could take Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Recommendations for reference. In fact, Financial Stability Board (FSB) has formally launched the TCFD Recommendations in early years, hoping to assist companies in disclosing financial information related to climate strategies and risk management, so as to help investors, lenders and insurance companies understand the material risks.
