Following the LEED Gold certification awarded by USGBC in 2018, Two Harbour Square, a Grade A commercial building in Kwun Tong, kept up the good work and achieved the Final Gold rating under BEAM Plus New Buildings V1.2 in 2020. AEC is honored to successively serve as LEED AP and BEAM Pro to provide green building certification consultancy services and obtain the dual certification in both international and local green building rating tools.
