AEC has successfully completed the green building consulting services for Mount Nicholson, the residential development at 8 Mount Nicholson Road, and the project has completed the final assessment and achieved BEAM Plus NB V1.1 Silver Rating. 

One of the green highlights of the project is that at least 20% of the site area is covered by greenery area. Apart from this, the project has considered the environmental impact generated from the site during construction to the surrounding, including minimization of pollutions and implementation of anti-pollution measures. The building design also allows access to daylight of neighbouring sensitive buildings and causes no light pollution by its exterior lighting.
