AEC was appointed to provide acoustic design of the development in order to achieve desirable indoor acoustic environment and minimize the noise emission from fixed plants operation in the proposed development to surrounding environment.

Located next to the Lam Tsuen River, the project includes the development of a community hall and sports facilities. The acoustic design includes the noise and vibration control, furnishing, fitting and furniture which may have a fundamental effect on the noise from building services installations and reverberation times, and the building structure design and layout planning that may have an effect on intrusive noise levels.
