In 2019, a total of twelve Hongkong Land’s commercial buildings located in Central were awarded Final Platinum rating under BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0. AEC is honoured to get involved as BEAM Pro to provide green building certification consultancy services for the entire property portfolio, contributing to the promotion of green buildings in Hong Kong's core business area.

The Central portfolio consists of Alexandra House, Chater House, Edinburgh Tower, Gloucester Tower, York House, Landmark Atrium, Jardine House, One Exchange Square, Two Exchange Square, Three Exchange Square, The Forum and Prince’s Building.
