[Hong Kong – 16 February 2021] Allied Sustainability and Environmental Consultants Group Limited(“AEC Group” or the “Company”; Stock Code: 8320.HK; together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to announce that it has entered a joint venture agreement (the “JV Agreement”) with Share News Media Limited (“SNML”) for the establishment of a new company named New Economy Communications Ltd. (“NEC”) which, upon incorporation, will be 51% owned by the Group and 49% owned by SNML. NEC will focus on the provision of sustainability communications as well as Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG")-based financial public relations and business media services to listed and unlisted companies in various industries to promote ESG within the financial markets and greater business community. Ms Chan Pui Kei, who is currently the director of SNML and managing director of Cloud Communications Limited, will be appointed as General Manager of NEC.
