Ms Grace Kwok, Chairman and Executive Director of AEC, was invited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to deliver a talk on Greening the Existing Buildings on 10 May 2018. She shared how we make use of green building rating tools such as BEAM Plus to conduct “green body checks” for existing buildings including Two International Finance Centre and International Commerce Centre, in hopes of identifying areas of improvement and enhancing buildings’ environmental performance.
