Ms. Grace Kwok, Chairman and Executive Director of AEC Group, was invited to speak at a webinar organized by ULI Hong Kong on 7 April 2020. During the webinar, Grace discussed more about GRESB, a sustainability benchmark for the real estate industry, as well as exchanged her insights with industry elites. Apart from this, Grace has also shared her tips on improving the GRESB scores in tenant engagement, green building and ESG reporting.
