The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors will organize a webinar on Sustainability in Real Estate on 12 May 2020.

Ms. Grace Kwok, Chairman and Executive Director of AEC Group, is invited to speak at the webinar to introduce various international sustainability assessment standards applicable to the real estate sector, including Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). Ms. Kwok will also explain the potential impacts of these standards on the real estate capital markets and share strategic ways of addressing and improving sustainability performance of real estate portfolios through tenant engagement, green building and ESG reporting.
