Mr. Dennis Wu Dennis has been re-designated as Vice Chairman and Executive Director of AEC Group starting from July 2020. In November 2015, Dennis was appointed as our non-executive Director and has been providing advice on strategic development of the Group, and his additional new roles will help create a greater synergy between the Group’s existing business segments, including Green Finance, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Advisory as well as Smart & Green Internet of Things (IoT), so as to further expand our Group’s customer base and extend geographical coverage to the Asia-Pacific region. Under the guidance of Dennis, we believe AEC Group could go further and contribute to the Sustainable Development of the world.
